Grade A1 is a great quality product at a fraction of the original new price.

It may have some light signs of use but for many people they will be bearly noticeable

• Battery Health - 90% or >

Grade BB1 is a great quality product at a fraction of the original new price.

The cosmetics on this device will be equivalent to an A1 device, however the battery is only guranteed at 80% or >

• No Cracks on any surfaces will be present on device.
• Battery Health - 80% or >

Grade B1 offers same great phone with no damage but shows normal signs of use.

The device may have some small marks on the casing and very small scratches on the screen but no worse than considered normal representing great value and quality.

• Small number of marks on the front or casing (small scratches or nicks)
• One chip on non-viewing surface may be present on device
• No cracks on any surfaces
• Battery Health - 80% or >

Grade CC1 is a good quality product at a fraction of the original new price.

The cosmetics on this device will be equivalent to an B1 device or better, however the battery is only guranteed at 70% or >

• Normal use wear and tear marks
• Small number of marks on the front or casing (small scratches or nicks)
• One chip on non-viewing surface may be present on device
• No cracks on any surfaces
• Battery Health - 70% or >

One of our most popular grades, with a balance of value with moderate signs of use. While there may be several marks on up to 3 surfaces grade C1 still has a lot to give and when inside a phone case you'll bearly notice a difference!

• Signs of wear and tear.
• May have blemishes or marks on up to 3 surfaces (including chips or discoloration).
• No Cracks
• Charging port may have deepscratches and discoloration
• Battery Health - 70% or >

Grade D offers great savings on a phone with a lot more life still to give.

With more significant signs of damage that may include more chips and deeper scratches which could be on the screen, camera or casing in several places - however a very capable device.

• Multiple points of damage to screen or casing with larger / deeper scratches
• May have customisation
• Flawless device casing
• No cracks but very heavy wear on the screen and/or housing.
